Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 February 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Amanda Bird in respect of Mo Nga Uri o Te Ao Hou Childcare (34109), situated at Pine Drive, Murupara.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
