Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 February 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Stuart Davison in respect of Little Sweethearts Montessori (40290), situated at 119 17th Avenue, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
