Take notice that I, Peter Mersi, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325(1) of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty
The Queen, all or any rights of Waingaro Farms Limited, being the purchaser in the agreement for sale and purchase (undated) between Moores Bay Limited (as trustee of the Moores Bay Trust) as vendor and Waingaro Farms Limited as purchaser, in property described as Lot 8 being a freehold subdivision of part of the land and rights to use common facilities comprised in certificat of title 221/976, North Auckland Land Registry with the purchaser of that interest being Waingaro Farms Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 14 October 2008.
