on 22 October 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1999 Toyota Altezza, Registration No. EPQ827.
Against: Matthew David Neal.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 311 8060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
