Pursuant to section 11(4)(b)(i) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Revocation of Amateur Set Net Areas Restriction) Notice 2008.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Revocation—The following notices are revoked:
Fisheries (Te Waewae Bay Amateur Set Netting Restriction) Notice 2006 (No. F390).*
Fisheries (Kaikoura Set Net Area Restriction) Notice 2006 (No. F391), also referred to as the Fisheries (Kaikoura Set Net Area Amateur Prohibition) Notice 2006.†
