Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 13 February 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1982 Honda Civic, Registration No. KM8463.
Against: Daniel James King.
1990 Ford Telstar, Registration No. OQ7066.
Against: Paul Edward Manuel.
1990 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. PE2694.
Against: Corey Todd Whyte.
1991 BMW 318i, Registration No. AQQ745.
Against: Mark Sherwin Stanbury.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4135) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
