Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 September 2007,
which was granted under those Regulations to Craig Millar in respect of St. Andrews Preschool Centre (10226), situated at 150 Great South Road, Manurewa, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
