Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(b) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 April 2007,
which was granted under those Regulations to Gary Burr in respect of Lloyd Elsmore Pool Childcare Centre (25270), situated at Sir Lloyd Drive, Pakuranga, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
