In the New Zealand Gazette, 30 October 2008, No. 164, page 4305, a statement was published by The Treasury giving notice of an approval given by The Honourable
Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, and The
Honourable Steve Chadwick, Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
The reference to
“New Zealand Game Habitat Trust Board”
should be replaced with
“New Zealand Game Bird Habitat Trust Board”.
