as a member to the Upper South A Regional Ethics Committee for a two-year term of office commencing on
the date of this notification; and appoint

Dr Barbara Nicholas
as members to the Upper South A Regional Ethics Committee for three-year terms of office commencing on the date of this notification; and I also appoint
Elizabeth Richards
as chair of the Upper South A Regional Ethics Committee for a seven-month term of office commencing on the date of this notification.
