Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 September 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Justin Cole in respect of Kinderheim Childcare (52513), situated at
28 Shamrock Street, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
