Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Rangiora District Court
on 30 January 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Nissan Sentra, Registration No. NX4270.
Against: Suzanne Bailey.
1995 Toyota Levin, Registration No. DZR48.
Against: Matthew Vaughan McLeod.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 311 8060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
