Pursuant to section 86(3) of the Human Tissue Act 2008,
the Director-General of Health gives notice that the
New Zealand Heart Valve Bank (LabPlus, Auckland
District Health Board) and New Zealand Blood Service
are authorised tissue banks for the purposes of section 86 of
the Human Tissue Act 2008.
