Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Waimokoia Residential School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 2002, No. 163, page 4092) and appoint
Dennis Finn
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees
of Waimokoia Residential School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
