Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Huntly District Court
on 15 July 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Holden Vacationer, Registration No. NW2808.
Against: Peri Walters Fisher.
1990 Audi 90, Registration No. XS7202.
Against: Ulysses Lee Henare.
1991 Holden Commodore, Registration No. ELK129.
Against: Chevy Bodene Walters.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 828 2012) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
