(as if that section had not been amended by the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 (“the PFAA”), in accordance with the transitional provisions in section 33 of the PFAA 2004), I give notice that the annual report of the Ministry
of Pacific Island Affairs for the year ended 30 June 2008
has been published, containing its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the period.
