Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989 (as that section existed before the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 came into force), the Minister for Social Development and Employment hereby gives notice that the Ministry of Social Development has published its annual report for
the year ending 30 June 2008, containing its financial statements, report of the Auditor-General and statement of responsibility for the period.
