Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Ashburton District Court
on 17 December 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1991 Holden Commodore, Registration No. RE1902.
Against: Thomas Gray Russell.
