Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Ashburton District Court
on 22 September 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1991 Honda S/W, Registration No. UA9372.
Against: Anthony Brent Cone.
