Pursuant to section 159D of the Education Act 1989, and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Robin Michael Hapi
as commissioner of the Tertiary Education Commission.
This appointment will commence on 10 December 2007 and expire on 9 December 2010.
