Pursuant to section 3 of the Courts Martial Appeals Act 1953, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, has been pleased to appoint
Peter George Spenser Penlington, Q.C., former Judge of the High Court, of Auckland
Dennis Hugh Brown, barrister, of Wanganui
to be Judges of the Courts Martial Appeal Court for a term expiring on 30 June 2009.
