Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the North Shore District Court on 22 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1996 Nissan Primera, Registration No. AET948.
Against: Sirene Marilynn Vagana.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (09) 916 5755) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
