Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 27 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Honda Accord, Registration No. MM3203.
Against: Benjamin Stewart Cameron.
1989 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. UI124.
Against: Jonathan Frederick Maynard.
