Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 20 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Honda Accord, Registration No. NE2279.
Against: Shane Jesse Stevenson.
1984 Nissan Pulsar, Registration No. LK2008.
Against: Michael David Harvey.
1994 Nissan Sentra, Registration No. ST8604.
Against: Iopu Lauano.
1998 Mazda Roadster, Registration No. DAG795.
Against: Jens Pop.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4131) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
