In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982
Under sections 112(1)(a) and 113 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2008, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows that:
(a) the name of Paul Junior Pa'u be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors;
(b) the practitioner pay the sum of $7,700.14 to the
New Zealand Law Society; and
(c) the practitioner pay the sum of $25,000.00 to the Auckland District Law Society.
