Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 12 September 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1989 Honda Concerto, Registration No. UH4585.
Against: Sophie Maree Wilson.
2002 Harley Davidson, Registration No. 98ZAB.
Against: David Thomas Langley.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
