Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Francis Maher, hereby terminate the state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of the Marlborough District on 30 July 2008.
The termination of the state of local civil defence emergency shall take effect from the time and date of the making of this declaration.
