Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 3 September 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1991 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. UD9605.
Against: Simon Joseph Hurunui.
1997 Mazda Demio, Registration No. WK8591.
Against: Natasha Hope Brocklebank.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
