Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Waihi District Court
on 5 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1987 Holden Barina, Registration No. NN3386.
Against: Harold Evan Mayor.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 863 3170) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
