Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 September 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Nicola Lindsay in respect of Tisbury Playcentre (90021), situated at 288 Moulson Street, Tisbury, Invercargill.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
