Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 January 2007,
which was granted under those Regulations to Dr Jillian
de Araugo in respect of Chilton St James Preschool Heretaunga (55368), situated at Somme Road, Upper Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
