Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 February 2007,
which was granted under those Regulations to Mariu
Te Kira in respect of Te Whakaruruhau Te Kohanga Reo (55148) (06F023), situated at 170 Tyndall Road, Kaiti, Gisborne.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
