Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 September 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Best Beginnings - Pharazyn (60330), situated at 95 Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
