Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 13 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1991 Nissan Laurel, Registration No. EDW644.
Against: Ryan Francis Dick.
1993 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. AUS639.
Against: Shawn Raymond Thomas.
1995 Honda Integra, Registration No. WIKDSI.
Against: Nicholas Arnold Peter Frazer.
1995 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. DSC61.
Against: Timothy Aaron Cole.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
