Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Waipukurau District Court
on 26 August 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1986 Mazda Familia, Registration No. OO6588.
Against: Dale Jerome Marlon Campbell.
1993 Holden Commodore, Registration No. SL7506.
Against: Luke Scott Logan.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
