Pursuant to clause 5(1) of the Land Transport Management (Road Tolling Scheme for ALPURT B2) Order 2005, I am satisfied that the conditions set out in clauses 5(2) and 5(3) of that Order have been met.
Tolling may start on or after 4 December 2008.
