I hereby appoint
Colin Rangi
as commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Matai.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Matai are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
