Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 4 July 2008 of the Animal Products (Dairy Based Formulated Supplementary Foods
– Food Standards Exemption) Notice 2008, which came into force on 7 July 2008.
Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
