Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act (2000) and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Dr Peter McGeorge
as chair of the Mental Health Commission for a three-year term of office commencing on 1 January 2009.
