The Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 has been amended pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003.
The amendments include:
- The prescription of the Australian/New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard Version 9.0
- The prescription of the New Zealand Casino Gaming Machine Appendix to the Australian/New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard Version 9.0, Appendix Version 1.0
- The prescription of the Harm Minimisation (Supplementary Section) to the New Zealand Casino Gaming Machine Appendix Version 1.0 (above)
These amendments will take effect on 8 August 2008.
