Pursuant to section 129N(4) of the Immigration Act 1987, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government was pleased to appoint
Josephine Gail Baddeley, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority for a term commencing on 6 September 2008 and ceasing on
5 September 2009.
