as members for three-year terms of office commencing
1 August 2008; and, pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have reappointed
Fa’amatuainu Tino Pereira
as a member for a three-year term of office commencing
1 August 2008.
These appointments were made by way of written notice to the members (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28(2) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
