His Excellency The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, has reappointed to the Commerce Commission (as established under the Commerce Act 1986)
Donal Francis Curtin, of Auckland
as a member pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004; and
also appointed him as deputy chair, pursuant to section 12(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, for a term of five years commencing on 28 July 2008 and expiring on 27 July 2013.
