Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Wellington District Court
on 16 July 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1989 Mitsubishi Chariot, Registration No. XC8893.
Against: Bill Tiari Cooper.
1995 Ford Falcon, Registration No. TS9660.
Against: Joseph Warbrick.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (04) 918 8482) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
