Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Dr Kim Ma’ia’i
as a member of the Alcohol Advisory Council of
New Zealand (ALAC) for a three-year term of office commencing on 25 July 2008.
This appointment was made by way of written notice to the member (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
