Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 9 July 2008, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1985 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. LT318.
Against: Troy Regan Fowler.
1988 Nissan 2000GL utility, Registration No. SL2657.
Against: Shane Gary Stewart.
1989 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. SL2982.
Against: Jose Pablo Correa-Alcalde.
1992 Toyota Sprinter, Registration No. AHG788.
Against: Leighton David Hoebergen.
1993 Mitsubishi Magna, Registration No. SD4723.
Against: Michael Joseph St John.
1996 Nissan Primera, Registration No. BHU882.
Against: Brian David Walsh.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4438) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
