Pursuant to section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development, I have initiated a review of the imposition of anti-dumping duty in respect of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice (“the goods”).
This initiation follows the receipt of an application made by the New Zealand industry providing positive evidence justifying the need for a review.
Anti-dumping duty was first imposed on the goods following a determination made on the 31st day of May 1988, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 1988, No. 93, page 2228 and amended in final determination notices
dated the 2nd day of April 1992, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 1992, No. 50, page 1055;
dated the 29th day of October 1997, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 1997, No. 158, page 3714; and dated the 22nd day of July 2003, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 2003, No. 89, page 2280.
