Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has appointed
Ralph George Simpson, of Auckland
as a member of the Accounting Standards Review Board, as established under the Financial Reporting Act 1993, for
a term of five years commencing on 15 July 2008 and expiring on 14 July 2013.
