Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 9 July 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1988 Ford Falcon utility, Registration No. DKZ481.
Against: Lionel Ruakari John Phillips.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 968 6500) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
