Pursuant to section 116 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the Minister for Social Development and Employment has appointed
Rachel Selby, of Otaki
to be a ministerial lay member on the Social Workers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal for a term of five years commencing on 10 July 2008.
